Drowned. - Willie Billig, a little son of Charles Billig, of Sharon, was drowned on Tuesday afternoon, in that place, under the following circumstances: In company with other boys he was playing on the ice, on the Shenango, and in endeavoring to reach some pasteboard boxes, he ventured on thin ice, which gave way, and he fell into the water. The current soon carried him down the stream under the ice and before assistance could reach him, he was drowned. A search was instituted and his body recovered in the evening.
