Mrs. Arthur A. Brooks
Mrs. Arthur A. Brooks, died at the Canfield infirmary at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday. She had been in the institution since last March when she suffered a mental disorder.
Mrs. Brooks, whose maiden name was Ida Billig, was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Billig. She was born May 4, 1865, in Shenango, Pa. She was married 24 years ago to Arthur A. Brooks and for the last 18 years had been a resident of Youngstown, her last home having been at 313 East Wood street.
She was a member of Trinity M. E. Church. Surviving with the husband are a daughter in Oil City, Pa., her mother in Sharpsville, three sisters, Mrs. Nicholas Hart, Mrs. William Armstrong, Mrs. Al Armstrong, Sandy Lake; and four brothers, Henry Billig, Sharpsville, Pa.; John, Sandy Lake, Pa.; William, Erie, Pa.; and James of Polk, Pa. - Youngstown Telegram.
